Thank you for your interest in Hill Records!

We look forward to hearing your submission. Read the following instructions carefully. Complete steps 1-6 below and then fill out the form with the appropriate information.

1. Create a free “Individual” Box.com account.
2. Create a new folder titled “{Artist/Group Name}_Hill Records_Submission.”
3. Upload your song as an .mp3, .m4a, .wav, or .aiff file into the folder. Make sure the file is named the title of the recording.
4. While in the folder, click the blue “Share” button in the top right. Toggle on “Create Shared Link.”
5. Under the link, click “Can view and download”; Change to “Can view only.”
6. Copy the shared link and paste in the form below under “Box Link.”

To complete your submission, please fill out the rest of the form. If your recording is selected, you will receive an email from hillrec@uark.edu. Please make sure you add this email to your contacts and periodically check your spam folder.

Recordings will be selected based solely on artistic merit. Each artist may submit only one recording for consideration. Artists selected for inclusion in Hill Records’ first release will be offered a five-year exclusive licensing agreement for the use of their recording. Hill Records artists will be offered the opportunity to appear at selected live events during the course of the promotion. Artists will also be provided the opportunity to purchase artist-development services from Hill Records. Artist development services will include, but will not be limited to, social media marketing, booking, management, help with artistic direction, and traditional media promotion.
